COIinbox reads the certificate of insurance a vendor or office already sent — typically an ACORD 25 PDF — and puts the printed fields on a list the buyer can see.
The field we remind people about is the expiry date. We also keep the effective date, named insured, carrier, policy number, coverages, and limits so the office can see the same page the vendor sent.
We email the vendor at 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before expiry, then after it is expired. If they ignore two reminders, we email the buyer. Vendors do not get a login.
What we do not decide
We track the dates on the certificate. We do not say whether anyone is insured or whether coverage is enough. Extraction can be wrong. You must read the PDF.
Nothing on the list is an opinion about compliance, additional-insured status, waivers, endorsements, or whether a vendor may work on a site or property.
COIinbox is not an insurance company, agency, or brokerage. We do not sell, place, bind, or underwrite coverage. This is a dates-and-reminders tool.
