Vendors do not create accounts. They email or upload a PDF. If a date is coming due, they get a chase. That is all.
What you get
We read the certificate you sent and put the fields on a list. We track dates. We do not decide if anyone is insured or if the limits are enough.

How it works
Email or upload. We extract. You watch the list. Vendors get reminded. If they ignore two chases, we escalate to you.
1. Vendor sends an ACORD 25
They email the PDF or you upload it. Insurance certificates of insurance only. We do not handle TLS or website certificates.
2. You see the list
Named insured, carrier, policy number, coverages, limits, dates. The buyer account sees every row. The vendor does not get a login.
3. Reminders, then escalate
30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before expiry, then expired. If a vendor ignores two chases, we escalate to the buyer.
